The 2007 Magical Easter Eggstravaganza is a family oriented event with
arts, crafts and food vendors, rides for children, a parade, 18,000 Easter Egg
Hunt, dancing and more. The date is Saturday, March 31, 2007. The
day starts off with a Breakfast with the Easter Bunny and Cabbage Patch Kids at
7:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. in the Truett-McConnell College Cafeteria. A breakfast
buffet, door prizes, photo ops with the Easter Bunny and Cabbage Patch Kids,
Dancing, Music and More. Advance tickets for the Breakfast with the Easter
Bunny and Cabbage Patch Kids are available at the White County Chamber of
Commerce for $7. Limited space is available. Walk-ins accepted but only as
space permits.
The 18,000 Easter Egg Hunt is for ages 10 and under on the Campus of Truett-McConnell
College beginning at 10 a.m. There are over 2,000 prize eggs donated by Babyland General Hospital
and are redeemable following the parade at noon by going to Babyland General Hospital
to claim the prize.
The Easter Eggstreme 5K and Fun Run begins at the Truett-McConnell
College Campus at 8 a.m. Registration begins at 7 a.m. for $20. Call

The parade begins at noon with Shriners from all across Georgia also
participating in the parade. Horses, Antique Cars, Floats, Jr. ROTC,
Twirlers, and more are participants during the parade.
Over 60 Arts & Crafts Booths, Food Booths, Pony Rides, Rock
Climbing Wall, Bungie Jump, Moonwalk, Giant Inflatable Slide, Music by JB Jams,
Dancing with the Cabbage Patch Kid Characters and more. These activities will
take place on the grounds of Babyland
General Hospital
from 9 a.m. -5 p.m..
Over 10,000 people are expected during this one day event on March 31,
2007 in Cleveland, Georgia.
